- When I am bored, I eat. I didn't travel at all last week and actually never left the house from Sunday till Friday. NOT GOOD!
- When I am stressed, I eat. The beginning of the year is the worst time at work and this year isn't letting us down.
- When I don't post, I eat. I didn't post at all last week and therefore I could eat in secret and didn't have to tell anyone.
- When I can find an excuse not to exercise, I do...and it doesn't take much of an excuse!
I spend so much of my life controlling things, my clients, my team, budgets, etc. The one area where I have no control is eating and I am sure there are much deeper reasons for that.
I have to make a conscious effort this week to lose. I am not traveling again, so there have to be ways to avoid the food.
